Brison Williams is an Associate attorney with Abernathy, Roeder, Boyd & Hullett, P.C. Brison’s practice is focused on real estate transactions, title examinations and closings, leasing, loan transactions; commercial real estate development; business organizations, including formations, sales, and acquisitions; corporate and commercial matters for businesses; and private securities offerings and investment structuring. Prior to joining the firm, he worked with home builder’s and planned community developers on large scale residential lot developments, as well as private equity groups and syndicators on various private securities offerings for real estate assets and other investment types.
