As a Director of Governmental Services with Abernathy Roeder Boyd & Hullett, P.C., Erika’s practice focuses on representation of governmental entities including municipalities and school districts. Erika advises governmental entities in connection with development, land use and planning, code and ordinance drafting and enforcement, contracts, construction, procurement, employment law, general school law matters, Title IX, special education/Section 504, constitutional law and open meetings and open records issues. Erika also has a broad range of experience representing business and individual clients in complex commercial and employment defense litigation. Prior to joining the Firm, Erika was in-house Deputy General Counsel for Dallas Independent School District.
